Maratha Mandal Engineering College [MMEC] is the affiliated college of the Visvesvaraya Technological University and has established a full-fledged Training and Placement Department with a experience in industry and academic institutions, as its head.  The department is established to see to it that all the students are trained as per the required industry standards [Soft skills, Aptitude and Technical Skills] apart from the academic curriculum to build their career and place in the reputed organization in India & abroad. The department contacts industries and invites the company HR representatives Technical personnel for campus recruitments and guest lecture’s. MMEC provides them the local hospitality and other infrastructural facilities to the industry representatives to effectively and efficiently conduct campus selection programmes. Past two years, the department has been successful in getting a number of industries to visit MMEC for campus recruitment.
